1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing or using the 7OH Lab website (7ohlab.ca) and purchasing any products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this website or purchase any products.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 19 years of age to access this website and purchase products. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 19 years of age or older. 7OH Lab reserves the right to cancel any order if we believe the purchaser does not meet this age requirement.
3. PRODUCT USE DISCLAIMER
All products sold by 7OH Lab are intended strictly for research and laboratory use only. They are not intended for human consumption, internal use, veterinary use, or any medical application. By purchasing from 7OH Lab, you acknowledge and agree that:

4. ORDERS & PAYMENT
All orders are placed through our website and paid via Interac e-Transfer. By placing an order, you agree to send payment promptly using the instructions provided in your order confirmation email. Orders are held until payment is confirmed. Unpaid orders may be cancelled after 48 hours.
5. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once an order has been shipped. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] and we will work to resolve the issue at our discretion.
6. SHIPPING
We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories. Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. 7OH Lab is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon handoff to the carrier.
7. PRICING & AVAILABILITY
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
